- HILL AFB EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AGREEMENTS The Requirement is to establish a multiple Educational Service Agreements as authorized under DFARS 237.72. These will be agreements with local (within 75 miles of Hill AFB, UT 84056) accredited universities to provide educational services relating to Aerospace and Supply Chain Management graduate degrees in support of 748 SCMG operational education. In accordance with DFARS 237.7203(a) educational service agreements are for an indefinite duration and remain in effect until terminated. This Educational Service Agreement is not a contract. The document for Hill AFB Educational Service Agreement is attached to this Special Notice announcement. Interested parties may fill in the required sections of the agreement document and send it to the information provided on this Special Notice.
