Description

Questions on this solicitation. 1. Can we use concrete blocks/block and roll instead of water barrels - We have been told that contractors need to use water barrels oppose to concrete on the parking lot. This was a concern do to possible drilling holes in the parking lot. If there are no structural damages we will consider. Please verify; and we will check with the facility staff over at Fort McPherson to see if that will work. 2. You have delivery as one day delivery and set up. Other stand downs we have done we have been give 2 to 3 days of set up to address weather and other things that may come up to make sure all is ready for Saturday. This is an issue of parking and daily operations; cannot inconvenience the parking at the Fort. McPherson Campus
