Description

Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Northern Indiana Healthcare System (VANIHCS), 2121 Lake Avenue, Ft. Wayne, IN 46805 is soliciting and intends to award a firm fixed price contract to an accredited pathology service to perform testing. NAICS Code 621511, size standard $32.5 million. The Contractor shall provide STAT and ASAP testing for the period October 1, 2015 through September 30, 2016 with four (4) one (1) year option, in strict accordance with all schedules, specifications, terms, conditions and provisions of the contract solicitations are due no later than 2:00 PM (EST) on September 25, 2015.
