- *** THE QTY HAS INCREASED FROM 52 EACH TO 61 EACH *** Solicitation for NSN 1620-00-004-9883/ PR: 0059781881, Bell Crank assembly, Ontic Engineering and Manufacturing Inc, CAGE 45934 Part # 2578133. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, please do not submit requests. The only approved source for this item is Ontic Engineering and Manufacturing Inc, CAGE 45934. Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval request (SAR) package. A request for proposal (RFP) will be issued for a firm fixed-price quantity of 52 each. This solicitation will be solicited as an unrestricted acquisition and will result in a firm fixed-price contract without options. The required delivery schedule is 616 days ARO, FOB origin, inspection/ acceptance origin. PPIRS applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This is a critical application and Critical Safety Item (CSI). All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. The solicitation will be available via the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP. A paper copy of the solicitation will not be available to requestors. The solicitation issue date is on or around October 2, 2015 and the anticipated closing date is on or around November 2, 2015.
