- Market Survey DLA Land & Maritime is preparing to solicit a one-time buy for NSN 4940-01-630-0734. The current approved source is Sanitz Enterprises Inc. DBA (57AD8) p/n AP100055. DLA Land & Maritime does not have any drawings/specifications associated with this item. Sources interested in becoming an approved source for this NSN must submit the appropriate information as outlined in DLAD 52.217-9002, Conditions for Evaluation and Acceptance of Offers for Part Numbered Items. The applicable North American Classification System (NAICS) code is 333999 with a business size of 500. This SOURCES SOUGHT notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation or commitment by the Government.
