- Single Source Justification This requirement calls for repairs to be made to the Delta DSC-501 Barrier systems at Beale AFB, CA. The Contractor will repair all necessary items for each Delta Barrier and perform required maintenance. Per the attached Single Source Justification (Simplified Acquisition), there is only one responsible source, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2).
