- The reference number is AG-6395-S-15-0194 and the solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. FAR Part 13.5 authorizes the use of Simplified Acquisition procedures for this acquisition, including options. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation will result in a firm fixed price service contract. The reference number is AG-6395-S-15-0194 and the solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The provisions and clauses incorporated into this solicitation document are those in effect at the time of publication. Provisions and clauses incorporated by reference have the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. The full text of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Agriculture Federal Acquisition supplements (AGARs) can be accessed on the internet at https://www.arnet.gov/far https://www.usda.gov/procurement/policy/agar/html It is anticipated that a single award will be made but multiple awards will be considered. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The associated NAICS code for this effort is 423110 and small business size standard is 100 employees. This requirement is for the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Wildlife Services (WS). REQUIREMENTS: These requirements consist of 3 (Three) line items: Line Item 001 - 2015 Kawasaki FXT MULE 4WD Utility Vehicle Line Item 002 - 2015 Honda Rincon All Terrain 4WD Vehicle Line Item 003 - Labor and freight charges 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal (Aug 1999) applies to this combined synopsis/solicitation Quotes submitted in response to this RFQ must include all cost associated for FOB Delivery to Barrrigada, GU. Quotes should include the lead time required and/or the estimated delivery date. Delivery and performance: Contractor will commence work under this contract upon official notification from the Contract Officer of award. The fully burdened price of quotes submitted shall be all encompassing and include all cost associated with the purchase and delivery of trailers FOB Destination to Albuquerque, NM 87113 in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. The Government intends to evaluate offers and award without discussion, however, the Government reserves the right to conduct discussions later if determined necessary by the Contracting Officer. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest price technically acceptable responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the specifications listed in this Request for Quote/solicitation. FAR 15.304 The provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certification-Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. The contractor shall either (1) return a completed copy of this provision with its quote. A copy of the provision may be attained from https://www.arnet.gov/far; or (2) complete the online Reps and Certs Application (ORCA) at http://www.bpn.gov and reference in your quote. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation.
