- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Requisition Number W81EWF52052183 is being issued as a request for quotes (RFQ) with intent to award as a simplified acquisition. The solicitation document and incorporated provision and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-74. This requirement is unrestricted for full and open competition. The US Army Corps of Engineers, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) 3909 Halls Ferry Road, Vicksburg, MS 39180-6199 has a requirement for a digital liquid dispenser that is programmable and can perform serial dilutions and dispense volumes ranging from 11 pl to 10 ul into a variety of plate sizes and types (shallow well, deep well, and plates ranging from 12-1536 wells). The digital liquid dispenser should be able to fit into a chemical hood with a small footprint using less than a 20 x 20 inch space. The digital dispenser should include 10 T8p and 4 D4p Cassettes. Price must include any shipping, FOB Destination. FAR Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Offerors shall submit technical data on the items quoted. FAR Provision 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quote is determined to be Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. FAR Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. FAR Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Supplement to FAR 52.212-5: The following FAR clauses are applicable to this acquisition: 52.222-3, 52.222-19, 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-36, 52.225-13 and 52.232-33.
