- Description
- Attachment 2 - Staffing Plan template Attachment 1 - Section B - Price Attachment HSTS05-15-R-SPP47 - IDIQ Solicitation HSTS05-15-R-SPP047 is the official Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) solicitation for Security Screening Services at Airports nationwide, under the Transportation Security Administration's (TSA) Screening Partnership Program (SPP). Services include comprehensive screening of passengers and baggage at Airports participating in the SPP. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 561612. TSA anticipates making multiple awards under this IDIQ solicitation. Future Airport Task Order solicitations will be provided to only the companies that are awarded an IDIQ contract. However, for transparency and the convenience of the Government, two initial Airport Task Order solicitations for security screening services at Charles M. Schulz-Sonoma County Airport (STS) and San Francisco International Airport (SFO), will be solicited concurrently with this IDIQ solicitation and will be posted separately on www.fbo.gov under the following solicitation numbers; Charles M. Schulz-Sonoma County Airport (STS): HSTS05-15-R-SPP063 San Francisco International Airport (SFO): HSTS05-15-R-SPP064 Interested parties are not required to propose on the STS and SFO Task Order solicitations in order to be considered for an IDIQ contract award. However, in order to submit a proposal for either the STS or SFO Task Order Solicitations, you must propose on this IDIQ solicitation. Comments or correspondence must be submitted in accordance with the information/instructions contained in the solicitation. Potential offerors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will only be available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website, www.fbo.gov. Prospective offerors are hereby notified that requests for clarification for a specific solicitation, or communication with the Contracting Officer, must be specific to the solicitation (IDIQ, SFO, STS) and must follow that solicitation's specific instructions. Clarifications submitted through one solicitation's instructions that are not for that specific solicitation will not be address or responded to. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading the Request for Proposal (RFP) and all attachments. Some of the RFP attachments contain Sensitive Security Information (SSI). Vendors must follow the process outlined in the presolicitation notice in order to gain approval for access to SSI. Vendors who have already requested and received SSI, should not request approval for accessing this information a second time.
