- Description
- The Nashville District U.S. Army Corps of Engineers anticipates a requirement for a firm fixed price commercial service contract for motor control center upgrade at Barkley Lock. Barkley Lock is located in Livingston County, Grand Rapids, Kentucky. The work shall consist of each motor control center to be designed for operation on 480-volts ac, 3-phase, 60-Hz system, and the equipment shall conform to all the applicable requirements of NEMA ICS 1, NEMA ICS 2, NEMA ICS 4 and NEMA ICS 6. Vertical sections and individual units shall be listed and labeled under UL 845 wherever possible. No organizied site visit is planned. Questions regarding this solicitation MUST be submitted in writing and sent via e-mail to Contract Specialist Kristal Jones at Kristal.R.Jones@usace.army.mil by Wednesday, September 16, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. Central Daylight Savings (CDT). Bids are due by Monday, September 21, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. CDT. Please see the solicitation for bid documentation submission details. SOLICITATION AMENDMENT: Amendment 1 is being issued to extend the bid opening due date to Thursday, September 24, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. Central Daylight Savings Time (CDT).
