- The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground, Natick Contracting Division (ACC-APG-NCD), intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract to the Boeing Company of 2401 East Wardlow Road, Long Beach, CA 90807 on behalf of Project Manager, Warfighter Information Network - Tactical (PM WIN-T). This acquisition is for non-recurring engineering support necessary to perform Kitproof, Modification, and Modernization Efforts to add a KuKa Fixed Installed Satellite Antenna II (FISA II) system onto a limited quantity of C-17A Globemaster aircraft, including radomes, mounting kits, and ancillary items and to upgrade five FISA I systems to FISA II. This requirement is in support of the Enroute Mission Command Capability (EMC2) program of PM WIN-T, Increment 1. The NAICS code for this requirement is 336413.
