- Item description FA4486-15-T-0009 Verdict Modular Diagnostic and Information System Lajes Field, Azores, Portugal SOURCES SOUGHT The 65th Contracting Flight, Lajes Field, Azores, Portugal seeks potential sources that can provide Snap-On Verdict Modular Diagnostic and Information System handheld automotive diagnostic scanner, or an or equal item. The delivery terms are FOB Destination, 30 days after receipt of award to Lajes Field, Azores, Portugal: APO, AE 09720. The Government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price award NLT 28 September 2015 for the following item: Qty: One each - VERDICT Modular Diagnostic and Information System, or equal IAW FAR 52.211-6, Brand Name or Equal: •§ Wireless handheld vehicle diagnostic and information system to include one handheld device and docking station/receiver •§ Real-time diagnostics used to troubleshoot frequent issues; provide list of frequently used, vehicle-specific repair and replacement parts •§ OEM-specific scanner coverage of vehicles for 1980-newer vehicles to include Domestic (US) and European-spec vehicles •§ Internal hard drive •§ Availability to upgrade outdated vehicle specifications or download new information as needed by the technician •§ Rechargeable lithium-ion battery •§ Keyless adapter for OBD-II applications •§ Tests V DC, V AC, ohms, continuity, capacitance, frequency, duty cycle, pulse-width and diodes •§ Selectable scales from 0-100 millivolt to 0-1000 V DC •§ Color display If quoting an "or equal item," the Offeror shall indicate that their item is an "or equal" product and detail how their product meets or exceeds the specifications listed above.
