- A SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE solicitation will be issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Southwestern Division (SWD), Fort Worth District (SWF) for Mowing Services at Joe Pool Lake, Dallas, Texas. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 561730, Landscaping Services, with a business size standard of $7.5 million. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform refuse collection services as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. The Period of Performance will be one year for the Base period and one year for each two optional periods.
