- Self Certification Standard Terms and conditions W-9 THIS IS A SUBCONTRACTION OPPORTUNITY Long Beach Job Corps Center located at 1903 Santa Fe Ave., in Long Beach, California is seeking a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the removal and/or the timming of 2 large trees located on our property. One of the trees is a large Eucalyptus tree and the other tree is a large Sycamore tree. One tree is adjacent to the Education Building and the other tree is adjacent to the West Dormitory. Both trees have been losing branches on a regular basis and it now appears that they might need to be trimmed or removed. Long Beach Job Corps Center is seeking a vendor to give us a quote as well as an expert opinion on both of the trees. The vendor must have significant experience with these types of trees and the removal and/or the trimming of the trees. The vendor must be fully insured and they must take great care so any work does not damage any building or harm any student or staff on center. Interested parties are encouraged to contact Peter Young to arrange a time to visit the center and give us your opinion as to the best course of action. The center would be available for arranged visits between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. No vendor will be allowed to visit the center unless they arrange a date and time for thier visit. Bids must be submitted via email or in writing no later than Tuesday, October 6th by 5:00 PM Pacific Time to Peter Young, Finance Director at Young.Peter@jobcorps.org. Vendors will be asked to submit all insurance information along with the quote along with the qualififcations for this type of work.
