Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The 177th Fighter Wing has a requirement for 19 LED Solar Light Fixture & Pole Assemblies. Assemblies shall be LED Roadway Lighting SSLUSA 22DB/48/190/24vdc/2- 140/6/BSM or Approved Equal with the following features: a. Fixtures must be solar powered LED b. Poles must be direct bury and rated for 130mph wind speeds c. Each assembly shall be fully self-contained and include fixture, pole, panels, and battery to make it a complete individual serviceable unit d. Ref: Attachment 001 3. The cost proposal shall be all inclusive to include material purchase, delivery, and warranty Please include backup documentation with your proposal if providing an alternate solution. Include how the solution will meet the requirement specifications. This solicitation is set-aside 100% for Small Business. The North American Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 335122- Commercial, Industrial, and Institutional Electric Lighting Fixture Manufacturing. Size Standard: 500 employees. The vendor selected must comply with the following commercial item terms and conditions, which are incorporated herein by reference: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-2-Evaluation-Commercial-Items; FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items- the selected offeror must submit a completed copy of the listed representations and certifications; FAR 52.212-4, contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; FAR 52.219-8- Utilization of Small Business Concerns; FAR 52.232-1, Payments; FAR 52.232-18, Availability of Funds; FAR 52.232-23, Assignment of Claims; FAR 52.233-1, Disputes; FAR 52.233-3, Protest After Award; FAR 52.233-4, Applicable Law for Breach of Contract Claim; FAR 52.246-4, Inspection of Services-Fixed Price; Solicitation Provisions Incorporated by Reference.
