- Experience/Past Performance Questionnaire Solicitation The U.S. Forest Service has a requirement for janitorial services at two Ranger District Offices on the Monongahela National Forest. Contractor will be required to provide all labor, supervision, tools, equipment and materials necessary to perform custodial services at the locations listed below: Marlinton Ranger District Office 1103 Cemetery Road P.O. Box 210 Marlinton, WV 24954 (Pocahontas County) White Sulphur Ranger District Office 410 E. Main St. White Sulphur Springs, WV 24986 (Greenbrier County) PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The period of performance is November 1, 2015 through October 31, 2016 with three option years. SITE VISIT INFORMATION: A pre-quote tour may be arranged by calling Carole Weikle at 304-799-4334, extension 11. ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN ‘SAM' DATABASE REQUIRED: In order to be considered for award of this project, registration in System for Award Management database (SAM) is required. Registration in SAM may be completed at www.sam.gov at no cost. SET-ASIDE: This project is set-aside for small business.
