- DLA MARITIME PUGET SOUND intends to procure the following item in support of the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF) at Bremerton: Fifty (50) Dry Film Thickness Ferrous Gauges - MFR: Elcometer (cage 1HE42) p/n A456CFTS or EQUAL; fifty (50) Ferrous Gauge Probes - MFR: Elcometer p/n T456CF1P or EQUAL; fifty (50) Calibration Certifications for MFR: Elcometer p/n T456CF1P or EQUAL; forty (40) Gauge Meters - MFR: Elcometer p/n G319T1 or EQUAL; forty (40) Magnetic Probes - MFR: Elcometer p/n T31920162-1 or EQUAL. The required delivery date is varies by Contract Line Item Number (CLIN), refer to the Solicitation package. If offerors cannot meet the delivery dates listed in the Solicitation, they MUST specify earliest delivery ARO on the Solicitation document, in order to be considered for evaluation. The Solicitation will be issued as a commercial SOLICITATION in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13.5. The applicable NAICS Code is 334519. This requirement will be solicited a Small Business Set-aside. The resultant award will be a firm fixed-price supply contract for delivery to Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Immediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF), Bremerton WA. Offerors wishing to submit an offer are responsible for downloading their own copy of the SOLICITATION and for frequently monitoring the site for any amendments. Offerors must be currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). To be considered for award, vendors must submit their quotes ON the Solicitation document posted to FEDBIZOPS, to include but no limited to pricing, manufacturing country, manufacturer zip code, delivery ARO, and completion of all certifications and representations contained in the document. Offerors not submitting a fully completed Solicitation document will be considered non-responsive and will not be considered for award. It is anticipated that the Solicitation will be available for download on or around 22 September 2015. The closing date of the Solicitation will be on or around 25 September 2015 at 6:00 PM Pacific Standard Time, less than the typical ten day period. The SOLICITATION will be posted on FEDBIZOPS web link at https://www.fbo.gov/and will also be available for download at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. A bidders list will not be maintained by this office, no telephone or fax requests for the SOLICITATION package will be accepted. Failure to respond to the electronically posted SOLICITATION and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of offers may render vendor offer non-responsive and result in rejection of the same.
