- The Army Contracting Command, Tenant Contracting Division, Aberdeen Proving Ground intends to issue a sole source, Firm-Fixed Price purchase order, under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures to Parata Systems, LLC 2600 Meridian PKWY Durham, NC 27713-2203, Cage 31EA6. The applicable NAICS Code is 811219 which has a Business Size Standard of $20,500,000. The award will be for full service maintenance for the Parata Pharmacy Automations Equipment, including but not limited to the Central Server, stations, and peripheral equipment already installed. The Service Agreement will include parts, labor, travel and preventive maintenance at Kirk U.S. Army Health Clink on Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. This action does not include the procurement of new equipment or hardware and is solely for maintenance support services of existing equipment. As the original equipment manufacturer, Parata Systems, LLC is the only source that possesses the proprietary knowledge and data capable of providing the required support services and maintenance. This is not a request for proposals; however, contractors interested in this requirement should submit a complete technical package, which provides clear and convincing evidence that they can meet the Government's requirement. In addition, the response should include Offeror's Online Representation and Certifications Application (ORCA)--Commercial Items in accordance with FAR 52.212-3. If the offeror does not have a copy of this provision, go to the System for Award Management (SAM), www.sam.gov, to register. Any responses received without completing SAM registration will be considered noncompliant. The Government will consider all responses received by the response date identified below. A determination not to compete this acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses must be received no later than 12:00 P.M.
