- FedBizOpps Posting Description for Combined Synopsis / Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F3A11C5243A001 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-83. There is a small business set-aside for this procurement. The North American Industry Classification code for this procurement is 336413 Other Aircraft Parts and Auxiliary Equipment Manufacturing. The Standard Industry Code for this procurement is 3728. The small business size standard for this procurement, as defined by the U.S. Small Business Administration, is 1000 employees. The following commercial service is requested in this solicitation: 0001 - Provide Continuous Friction Metering Equipment for the functions of runway conditions readings.
