The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network 11 Contracting Office is seeking to acquire annual preventative maintenance, technical support, and repair services on two (2) Medivators, Inc. manufactured endoscope washing/disinfecting systems for the Northern Indiana Health Care System campuses located at 2121 Lake Avenue, Fort Wayne, IN 46805 and 1700 East 38th Street, Marion, IN 46953. A formal Request for Quotes (RFQ) VA251-15-Q-0665 is to follow. The Government anticipates release of the RFP to be September 22, 2015 with a due date of September 25, 2015. These dates are subject to change. Interested Offerors must refer to the final released RFQ on Federal Business Opportunities for due dates, times, and submission requirements.
