- JOFOC for Stonebridge to provide electricity to above standard equipment installed at DOJ leased building This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format outlined in FAR Subpart 12.6, FAC 2005-83 (August 2015), and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. No written solicitation will be issued. It is anticipated that a non-competitive sole source purchase order shall be awarded as a result of this synopsis/solicitation. Two Con LLC (Stonebridge Carras (Stonebridge)), 4733 Bethesda Avenue, Bethesda MD, is the property manager for a building located at 145 N Street NE, Washington DC. The Department of Justice is the primary tenant in this building. It is the Government's belief that Stonebridge is the only vendor capable of providing electricity needed to operate government furnished equipment that is installed at 145 N Street NE, Washington DC. The electricity supplied to the equipment is tied into the buildings overall electrical system. A determination by the Government not to open this requirement to competition is solely within the discretion of the Government. Written inquiries shall be received no later than September 24, 2015, 4:30 pm EST. No telephonic responses will be accepted on this action.
