- CIVIL WAR ATTACHMENT A The United States Army, Center of Military History (CMH) in Ft. Belvoir, VA has a requirement for the following: • A large collection of military artifacts from the Mexican-American and American Civil Wars. The artifacts consist of uniforms, equipage, insignia and weapons. See Attachment A, Purchase Description for a list of the specific items. The items listed in Attachment A are subject to FAR clause 52.247-7, Freight Excluded.
