The Orlando VA Health System is seeking business concerns capable of providing MAINTENANCE AND ON-DEMAND SUPPORT services for STERRAD NX Sterilization Systems, Applications or Software for Orlando VA Medical Center Facility 13800 Veterans Way, Orlando Fl, 32827. Firms with interest, certifications and capability (To include: Federal Supply Holders, Small Business, Veteran-Owned Small Business, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, HUBZone Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Business, and Women-Owned Small Business Concerns) may respond by submitting a qualifications letter stating the following information: 1.Name 2.Capability Statement (to include the Counties/Locations of interest) 3.DUNS # 4.Type of business (i.e., SDVOSB, VOSB, WOSB, etc ¦) Responses or inquiries to this sources sought notice shall be sent via email no later than 11:00 AM October 6, 2015, to marie.smith4@va.gov.
