Description

This is the most current RFQ. Performance Work Statement Wage Determination Amendment #3: Clarification. Statement of Work (SOW) has been updated to Performance Work Statement (PWS) and has been clarified that there are specific Preventative Maintenance (PM)every 90 days, every 180 days, and one every 360 days. The Request for Quote (RFQ) has also been updated from 1 Lot to 4 Qtrs for CLINS 0001 to 0011. Amendment #2: Clarification. There are 3 levels of maintenance in the SOW. 90 day requirements, 180 day requirements, and 365 day requirements. There are no 270 day requirements in the owner's manual. Amendment #1: Attached REVISED RFQ and Statment of Work. Response date has been extended to 15 September 2015 at 2:00 pm CST. Please ensure to concur to this amendment when submitting offer. Attached: RFQ, SOW, Wage Determination
