Description

INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO 6), intends to enter into a sole source procurement with Assurerx Health, Inc, 6030 S Mason - Montgomery Road, Mason, OH 45040. The procurement is to purchase Genesightrx Psychotropic testing for VA patients located at the VA Medical Center in Salisbury, NC. The period of performance is 10/1/2015 through 9/30/2016. The testing is available of FSS contract V797D-40187. NAICS code 621511 applies to this procurement. The proposed contract action is for testing for which the Government intends to procure from one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to meet this requirement. This notice of Intent is not a request for quotations. Interested parties who believe they can meet this requirement with equal standards are to submit information to: Miriam LeMaitre, Contract Specialist, at miriam.lemaitre@va.gov. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted. Responses must be received no later than 10:00 am, EST on September 29, 2015. All information shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government.
