Description

The Government intends to award as sole source contract to SonoSite Fujifilm Inc.for SonoSite Vet- M-Turbo Ultrasound equipment for the Regional Health Command Atlantic (Provisional), at site location for Fort Belvoir, VA. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 339112 and the size is 500. All responsible sources who are able to provide the esupplies may submit a response to the Government Point of contact via email. Sources will need to indicate if they are a large or small business. A determination made by the Government not to compete this requirement may be based on responses to this notice and is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received may be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Any firm that beleives it can provide supplies can provide supporting docments demonstrating their product capability and specifications. Responses must submit via email to include the compnay's name, point of contact, address, phone number, DUNS number, Tax ID, business size, CAGE code and solictation number. Facsimile and telephone inquireies are not acceptable in response to this notice, only email responses will be acceptable. The point of contact for this action is Lano Y. This procurement will be prepared in accordance with FAR 8.405-6(b)(1).
