- Solicitation SWHARC15R0002 is hereby cancelled. A recent change in the Government of Mexico SETEC leadership resulted in a review of this project. Based on the review it was determined that the current project specifications do not accurately describe INL and SETEC needs. Equipment specifications and places of performance are expected to change. A timeline for revision of the project scope is not currently available. Should this project be resolicited in FY2016 it will be set-aside for HUBZone concerns.
