For request for solicitation, provide your name, the company name and Cage Code and a telephone/facsimile number. PRON: AX5F5820AX. The Government proposes to acquire on a 5 Year IDIQ, Firm Fixed Price type contract, a minimum quantity of 5 each and a maximum quantity of 25 each of a Fitting Structural, NSN: 1560-01-630-8796, Part Number: 70219-42401-043 applicable to the A-BE UH-60 Blackhawk Helicopter. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 5 each, 405 Days after Receipt of Order (DARO) with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5002. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 5 each, 270 DARO. Forecasted quantities are: 1st Year - 5 each, 2nd year - 5 each, 3rd year - 5 each, 4th year - 5 each, 5th year - 5 each. This item is restricted to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, Cage Code 78286. This part required engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website http://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casldba.casl_cmo_samsar and looking under Standardized Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
