Description

DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS (VA) COMPETITION FOR NEW LEASE LOCATION The VA is currently seeking to lease approximately 4,000 to 4,600 net usable square feet (NUSF) of medical office space in San Antonio, Texas as a Radiation Oncology clinic. The space needs to be contiguous NUSF of space. The property shall include twenty-five (25) surface/outside parking spaces to include four (4) handicap spaces. Space must be available for occupancy August 2016. To be considered, space must be within or bordering a delineated area as follows: North - Loop 1604 San Antonio, TX South - Loop 1604 San Antonio, TX East - Loop 1604 San Antonio, TX West - Loop 1604 San Antonio, TX Buildings that have frontage on the boundary streets are deemed to be within the delineated Area of Consideration. Offerors must provide evidence that properties are outside the 100-year flood plain. Term: 5 years as a full service lease, with an option to terminate after 24 months. Expressions of Interest: VA staff will conduct a market survey of properties offered for lease.
