- The purpose of this requirement is to obtain renewal of web access subscription service for a single user license. The Sea-web site is used to validate vessel data in the Lloyd’s Registry prior to adding the vessel to the Integrated Booking System (IBS) database in order to ensure accurate ship information is recorded prior to booking shipments. Please fill out the CLIN schedule on attachment 1 and check the boxes under DFAR Clause 252.209-7999 with return of your quote. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this requirement is HTC711-15-Q-D105 and is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) using FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) contemplates a fixed-price contract with a one year base period and two one year option periods. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-73 dated 29 April 2014. This requirement is being solicited as full and open competition. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 541519, Other Computer Related Services, with a Small Business Size Standard of $25.5 million. Please see Attachment 1, Information Sheet for the list of contract line items numbers, with units of measure, clauses and provisions. The purpose of this requirement is to obtain renewal of web access subscription service for a single user license. Quotes are to be received electronically no later than 1200 hrs Central Time on Monday, 5 Oct 2015. (Your E-mail submission must be checked and determined to be "virus-free" prior to submission). The Government requires your quote remain valid for 120 calendar days from date of submission.
