- NSN 5915-01-585-7676 PR: 59394732 Item: Filter, Band Pass This requirement is for a total quantity of 5 each with price breaks up to 10 each; no quantity option included. Item is solicited under Other than Full and Open Competition. This requirement will be unrestricted. Government required delivery is 365 days. Inspection / Acceptance at Destination, FOB Origin. Approved source is COBHAM ADVANCED ELECTRONIC (CAGE 93346) P/N 8397889-1. This is a stock purchase. The item will be shipped to W62G2T - Defense Distribution Depot, San Joaquin, CA. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on its issue date of 10/8/2015. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available, and must be downloaded from the internet site above. The Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. The Reverse Auction provision will not be included in the solicitation. This solicitation is being issued under the First Destination Transportation (FDT) program. DLA has launched a significant Material Cost Reduction Initiative to ensure DLA continues delivering products and services at the most economical cost. The agency will be using numerous strategies to create new efficiencies and opportunities for cost reduction. In an effort to support this initiative, the buyer will attempt a material cost reduction by using negotiation objectives in which the low target will be reduced by as much as 10%.
