- Mission and Installation Contracting Command - Ft. Belvoir, 9410 Jackson Loop, Suite 101, Fort Belvoir, Virginia 22060, intends to award a Sole Source Contract to Intergraph Government Solutions, 19 Interpro Road, Madison, Alabama 35758-8802, for a Map Upgrade for the I/CAD System. The period of performance for this action is 1 Year (12 months) (30 September 2015 through 29 September 2016). This Sole Source procurement is pursuant to FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(B). The applicable North American Classification Code (NAICS) is 541519 "Other Computer Related Services". This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. If you feel your firm can provide these services, please submit a capabilities statement by 2:00 PM EST, 24 September 2015. The decision not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must provide clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government.
