- The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) is soliciting offers to procure supplies for a Tornado Aerator, for a sewer lagoon. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. A15PS01489 herein cited is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and will be procured under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-81. This is a Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry classification (NAICS) code is 238220 and the business size maximum is $15.0 million. SCOPE OF WORK: To only supply parts and supplies. Submit your quote as follows: 1. Item 76586K, kit rebuild service tornado 2-10HP, Quantity: 4 Each at $____ = $_______. 2. Item 76484K, kit propeller tornado 5/60-3/50, Quantity: 4 Each at $____ = $_______ 3. Item 04060-01, Grease marine duty 14oz cartridge, Quantity: 25 Each at $____ = $_______ 4. Freight & Delivery: $________ 5. If Applicable taxes. $ _____________. (New Mexico Gross Receipts Tax) Note: The Parts Numbers shown on the RFQ have been taken from (RWL Water) and are for identification purposes only. The items the vendor has to offer are to be the same as or equal to the part number references. Award shall be made to the offeror whose offer responds to all line items included in the solicitation. Failure to provide for any item shall render the offer nonresponsive and will be rejected. Incomplete offers will not be considered. Award will be made on an ALL or NONE BASIS. CONTRACT CLAUSES: The following clauses apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items; and FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Items.
