Description

Technical Specification Brand Name Justification Request for Quote This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commerical items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be posted. The combined synopsis/solicitation number is W91ZLK-15-T-0411. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 90-31. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334516 "Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing" and the business size standard is 500 employees. The Government contemplates award of a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order. This acquisition is in accordance with the specifications, using Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.302, Purchase Orders.
