- This is a sources sought notice for market research being conducted by the Tucson Area Indian Health Services, Tucson, Arizona to determine the availability of potential interested vendors. No awards will be made from this notice. This is a Sources Sought notice for market research purposes ONLY. NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. Therefore, do not request a copy of a solicitation. All responses will be used to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy for future acquisition. The Tucson Area Indian Health Service, Tucson, Arizona, is seeking sources interested in providing the following products: 1. Lactated Ringers Inject 1000 ml. 2. 5% Dextrose & 0.45% Sodium Chloride Inj. 1000 ml 3. Sodium Chloride Injection 100 ml 4. Sodium Chloride Injection 1000 ml Delivery Address: Sells Indian Hospital Highway 86 & Topawa Road Sells, Arizona 85634 (60 MILES WEST OF TUCSON) If you are interested in providing these supplies to Tucson Area Indian Health Service, Sells Indian Hospital, please send an e-mail to laverna.harding@ihs.gov and or nadine.joe@ihs.gov providing the following information about your company; (1) Company Name; (2) Mailing Address; (3) Point of Contact to include phone/fax number and e-mail; (4) identify whether your company is small, small disadvantaged, woman-owned, hubzone, 8(a) certified small business concern, service disabled veteran owned, or etc. (5) length of experience in providing same or similar supplies, and (6) Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS).
