- Wage determination Amended Statement of Work Amended Combined synopsis and solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Installation of Two Hydrant Servicing Modules in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; this is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA4661-15-Q-0104. The contractor shall provide all equipment, tools, parts, transportation, personnel, labor, supervision and management to install Hydrant Servicing Modules (HSM) on two 2008 International model R-11 refueling units. The installed hydrant capability should allow for two configurations: independent filling or simultaneously filling the 6,000 gallon fuel tank while allowing the dispensing system to refuel an aircraft. System should include environmental controls to preclude overfilling the vehicle's cargo tank. In addition, the contractor shall provide training on the maintenance and use of the installed systems at Dyess AFB, TX. The contractor will provide qualified person/persons for the installation of the HSM systems. The HSMs will be installed utilizing contractor supplied tools. Installation will take place within the Refueling Maintenance Shop located at Dyess Air Force Base. The shop is covered, lighted, temperature controlled and secure. Contractor will provide an estimate on how long installation will take. Set-aside: 100% Small-Business Set-Aside Deadline for receipt of offers: 25 Sept 2015, 1400 (CST).
