- Description
- The Naval Special Warfare Command intends to award a firm fixed price, sole source contract under solicitation number H92240-15-Q-1083 to United States Marine, Inc., 10011 Lorraine Rd. Gulfport, MS 39503. This procurement action is being conducted under FAR Subpart 12 for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority cited in FAR 6.302-1. The proposed action is for two (2) CCA model at the scale of 1:12 with overall length of 40", one (1) SOC-R model at the scale of 1:12 with an overall length of 33", one (1) 11M NSWRIB model at the scale of 1:12 with an overall length of 36", and one (1) MK V (SOC) model at a scale of 1:24 with an overall length of 41".The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 336612 with a size standard of 500 employees. This notice of intent is not a solicitation for competitive proposals. However, all parties who identify their interest and capability to satisfy this requirement within three days after date of publication of this notice will be considered. No solicitation will be issued, therefore any requests for the solicitation will not be considered. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received is at the sole discretion of the Government.
