Description

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. The Department of Veterans Affairs VISN 4 intends to award a firm-fixed, sole source contract in accordance with FAR 8.405-6(a)(2). This requirement is for the preventive maintenance and technical support of the Toshiba APLIO MX Ultrasonic Scanning System. This will require access to the Toshiba software within this equipment. It will be an option contract, base year plus four option years. The Government intends to make the award to Toshiba America Medical Systems.
