- Brand Name Solicitation The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Farm Service Agency (FSA) Management Services Division (MSD) has a requirement to procure MIPRO brand wireless microphone system products as specified in both the attached solicitation and brand name justification. Please read attached solicitation and brand name justification. Open market offers should be sent via email to Brantt Lindsey, Contracting Officer, at brantt.lindsey@kcc.usda.gov following directions in both Sections L and M in the attached solicitation. Questions should be sent via email to brantt.lindsey@kcc.usda.gov. Only emailed questions will be responded to. Offers should be received by September 28, 2015 by 12:00pm CST.
