- Mission and Installation Contracting Command - Fort Hood, TX intends to award a sole source to Survival Systems USA, Inc. a small business, for the procurement of Shallow Water Egress Training Mobile Training Team (SWET MTT) in support of Fort Hood, Texas. Survival Systems USA, Inc. is the only responsible source that has expressed interest. The resulting purchase order will be a firm fixed price with a period of performance of 18 November 2015 - 21 November 2015.
