- Description
- The proposed procurement is for (1) NSN (6240-00-143-6558) and will be a FAR 15 Total Small Business Set-Aside procurement for an item made in accordance with a drawing. Full and Open Competition after exclusion of sources applies. All responsible approved sources may submit an offer / quote, which shall be considered. There is a complete data package - with no restrictions - to which the Government has rights. The Government CAGE associated with the drawing is CAGE 96906. Anticipated contract type is an Indefinite Quantity Contract. This proposed procurement for a three-year base period with 2 option years. Item is to be shipped to various locations within the established minimum and maximum quantity limits, on an as-needed basis. The total shall not exceed five (5) years. Small Business size standard is 1,000 employees. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of the offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of Price, Delivery, Past Performance as described in the solicitation. Refer to Section "M". This solicitation will open on or about May 21, 2015. The contract specialist will not be able to provide copies of the solicitation. The solicitation will not be available until the issue date at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp/.
