- This is a NOTICE OF INTENT for a sole source requirement involving a scope modification to an existing GSA Schedule Task Order. The Government intends to negotiate a firm fixed priced requirement with APG Intel LLC for services involving the modification of our accounting classification structure (ACS) in order to meet DHS mandated managerial and reporting requirements, as well as the implementation of Oracle Projects (Project Costing and Billing), which will minimize the change management efforts in the ACS restructure. APG Intel LLC is the incumbent contractor currently supporting and maintaining our Travel, Oracle Financials, Procurement Prism and Sunflower Property Management System (TOPS). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 541519. **PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. However, interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements may submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the services as detailed above. Responses may only be sent via e-mail to Kelly Curtin at kelly.curtin@usss.dhs.gov. Information received as a result of this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. Submission of information does not guarantee this requirement to become a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government to not open the requirement to full and open competition, based on response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. All submissions shall be submitted to the Government no later than September 28, 2015 at 8:00 AM EST. After this time, a Task Order modification with APG Intel LLC is intended to be issued. Late submissions of interest will not be considered for this procurement, but may be considered for future procurements.
