- See the attached image from Air Force T.O. 35CA6-1-261, this is a similar The following are the questions asked in a Request For Information (RFI) and the answers provided by the end user for solicitation FA2517-15-T-6058. Question: Where are the circuit breakers located? Answer: The circuit breakers are enclosed within the box. The box should be designed for field usage. Question: Does the box need to be environmentally sealed or hermetically sealed? Answer: The box must be environmentally sealed to prevent corrosion to internal components. Question: Does it need to meet MIL-STD-810G and what categories? Answer: MIL-STD-810G does NOT apply, the box being environmentally sealed with weather stripping will suffice. Question: Does it need to meet MIL-STD-461F and what categories? Answer: MIL-STD-461F does apply, the box must not cause electrical interference with other electronic devices. MIL-STD-461F does not list specific categories. Question: Are there any other military standards that must be met? Answer: All other military standards are controlled and may not be released, specific requirements have been extracted and included in the specifications. Question: Is there a concept drawing or a product similar to what is required?
