- Description
- The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk intends to acquire the maintenance and support services of a Xerox 700I printer and server which is located at the Bureau of Medicine and Surgery in Falls Church, VA. This is a sole source action to be awarded as a purchase order to Xerox Corporation. Xerox is the owner and original manufacturer of the machine that is already in place at BUMED and is the only company with the requisite certification to perform the required services. The estimated Period of Performance is from 30 September 2015 through 29 September 2016, plus four one-year option periods. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1.
