Description

The following information is provided in accordance with FAR 5.207: 1. The contracting office for the acquisition of Home Telehealth technologies is the Denver Acquisition & Logistics Center, 555 Corporate Circle, Golden CO, 80401. 2.The proposed solicitation number is VA791-15-R-0020. 3.The estimated closing date for responses is November 10, 2015. 4.The acquisition will be issued on a full and open basis. The acquisition will not be set-aside for small business participation. 5.The solicitation anticipates an ordering period that will be five years in length (one-year firm period followed by four one-year option periods). 6.Written proposals will be requested. 7.The anticipated award date is February 23, 2016. 8.This acquisition seeks home telehealth products that enable bi-directional secure transmission of health data. The acquisition also involves services relating to the installation, operation and maintenance of servers that support the home telehealth program. 9.One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements. 10.One aspect of the evaluation will consider scan results for the proposed server environment. Offers must include scan results from servers established based on one of two configuration baselines (Windows or Red Hat Linux 7). The baseline configuration standards are attached here for reference and will also be attached to the final solicitation.
