- Description
- The North Fork John Day Ranger District on the Umatilla National Forest, located in Ukiah, Oregon is in need of janitorial services. Services would be for buildings located on the compound equaling approximately 10,800 total sq ft, consisting of three separate office buildings, the bunkhouse basement and an outside public restroom. Additional services would be needed on an on-call or as-needed basis for a 1200-1400 sq ft residential house on the compound; a 1750-2800 sq ft Bunkhouse on the compound; and a 4800 sq ft Bunkhouse located off compound approximately 18 miles from Ukiah. This project requires the use of bio-preferred/environmentally friendly products meeting the USDA requirements. Contract will consist of a base year plus three (3) option years. This is 100% set-aside for small business. Contractors must be registered in SAM and be able to pass a background check (including their employees). Solicitation will be issued or before October 8, 2015. There will be a formal site visit and the information will be listed in the solicitation.
