The International Boundary and Water Commission (IBWC) has awarded a sole source award to ADS, LLC. per FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Suppliers or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The proposed work is for upgrading the flow monitoring device used at Pump Station 1B at the South Bay Wastewater Treatment Plant. Proposals are not being requested, nor will they be accepted for this requirement.
