- Description
- The U.S. Marshals Service, Justice Prisoner and Alien Transportation System (JPATS) intends to negotiate and award a sole source purchase order under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR Part 13) to CAMP System International Inc. for DANIEL Systems Maintenance Tracking Services for JPATS owned and leased Boeing 737-400 aircraft. These aircraft are currently enrolled in the low utilization maintenance inspection program which was developed in accordance with the requirements of Part 125.247(e)(3). Daniel Systems has negotiated a data licensing agreement with Boeing for the 737-300/400/500 MSG-3 data and has full rights to utilize the Boeing data. This requirement is a twelve (12) month subscription renewal for the period of performance from October 1, 2015 through September 30, 2016. This notice of intent is neither a request for competitive proposals nor a request for offers. Proposed contract action is for services which the Government intends to solicit only one source. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to the requirement by providing written notification to the point of contact (POC) no later than 12:00 pm (noon) EST, September 30, 2015. Supporting evidence must be furnished in detail to demonstrate the interested party's capabilities to provide these services. Responses received will be evaluated, however a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
