- The Regional Contracting Office Africa, 414th Contracting Support Brigade in Vicenza, Italy is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support requirements for any of the supplies and services listed below. The location of performance in near the Garoua International Airport in Cameroon and the period of performance (POP) will begin on or about 13 October 2015 to 12 November 2015. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. Requirement: Diesel Fuel - One fuel truck holding 2,000 liters of fuel is required to be stationed at the site. The contractor would ensure that no less than 500 liters of fuel would be available at all times. Once the fuel truck drops below 500 liters, the vehicle will top off to 2,000 liters. If you're interested in participating in this sources sought, please provide a written notification of interest no later than Monday, 28 September 2015 by 1300 (Central European - Rome Time). THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. BASED ON THE RESPONSES TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE/MARKET RESEARCH, THIS REQUIREMENT WILL BE PROCURED THROUGH FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION, and multiple awards WILL NOT be made.
