- Wage Determination QASP DD 254 DIDs CDRL A003 CDRL A002 CDRL A001 Solicitation N63394-15-T-0096 Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD) is soliciting telephone service of approximately 3,000 voice, fax, and modem lines along with approximately 200 ISDN lines. Support for secure lines, non-recurring installations, moves, adds, changes (IMAC) approximately 400 to 500 moves, 250 to 300 additions, and 400 repairs are anticipated per year on an ad-hoc basis. This requirement is being issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item in accordance with FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the attached solicitation, this announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) is N63394-15-T-0096 and is attached to this announcement along with all other necessary documents. The proposed contract is an unrestricted 100% full and open competition. Applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 517110 with a Size Standard of 1,500 employees. Requirements and evaluation procedures are listed in the attached solicitation, which is required to be completely filled out and returned on or before the solicitation closes. Failure to respond to this RFQ and associated amendments if applicable prior to the closing date and time established may render an offer non-responsive and result in rejection of the offeror. Provisions and clauses in effect through the latest Federal Acquisition Circulars are included in the solicitation.
